Are You Ready? | Introduction

‘Are You Ready?’ organized by the Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa in Collaboration with the Career Guidance Unit is the main event in the university calendar which adorns its careers’ week. This year's event is the 17th consecutive ‘Are You Ready?’ programme that is being organized since its inception in 1998. The main focus of the ‘Are You Ready?’  programme is the mock or real interviews performed on the passing out batch of the university by prospective employers who are invited to the event. This serves as a pre-qualification for a future recruitment after the undergraduates receive full qualification. This program also paves way for employer companies to meet the few excellent students of our university.

This years’ ‘Are You Ready?’ expands to some fresh and different sessions which are added to offer exceptional knowledge on areas like career guidance and development of business trends which ultimately aims to guide our undergraduates towards becoming effective leaders.
